3. Life Vest Policy

For your safety, all participants must wear a life vest while engaging in water activities. If you are not a confident swimmer or at our discretion, a life vest will be provided and is mandatory.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any bookings made via our website, in person, or through any other platforms. Please be certain of your plans before booking your adventure.

5. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. You must follow all safety instructions provided by Wave Masters staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a safety risk.

6. Right to Cancel

Wave Masters reserves the right to cancel any services due to unsafe weather conditions, unforeseen operational concerns, or any other situation that would affect the safety of our guests or staff. In such cases, we may offer a rescheduling option.
